Our signature consulting solution helps create the necessary buy-in for a new organizational story to emerge. This three-phase approach fosters strategic alignment that goes beyond a company and its community – to shift cultural attitudes, assumptions, and behaviors.

We combine our experience in leadership and stakeholder engagement with change management to impart the ideal Brand Story. Built upon our Change Leadership Model, the process requires an active client Workgroup to champion this effort from within the organization.

Typically lasting 6 to 18 months, our engagements follow the following three-phase process:

I. Assessment
Through our unique methodology, we identify the emotional assets and historical legacy that serve as your brand’s foundation. We also determine the perception gaps and attitudes that prevent full realization of your strategy. These insights are developed and shared in collaboration with the project WorkGroup. (Average time=3 months)

II. Blueprint
We gather key stakeholders including the project WorkGroup to discuss the perception gaps and to reframe a Brand Story in alignment with strategic goals. We also facilitate key conversations to build consensus and agreement from key players inside the organization. You emerge with a set of business artifacts that can guide strategy execution forward. (Average time=3 months)

III. Build-out
Once the new Story Blueprint is created, we coach the roll-out of the Brand Story across various departments, audiences, and touch-points. We support the WorkGroup as they engage key stakeholders in establishing the new Brand Story as an operational reality. (Average time=6-12 months)

Clients gain the following value from the process:

Phase I and II – Assess and Blueprint
  • Clarify purpose
  • Align strategy
  • Create buy-in
  • Communicate the story
  • Inspire action
Phase III – Build-out
  • Revisit goals
  • Facilitate dialogue
  • Choose priorities
  • Create accountability
  • Track progress
